In the early stage of the reopening, Hong Kong Disneyland will implement a five-day operation a week and will be closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays (except public holidays and special days designated by Hong Kong Disneyland).
After the second closure of the park, in the afternoon of September 22, the official WeChat account of Hong Kong Disneyland Resort officially announced that Hong Kong Disneyland will reopen on September 25. It is reported that the park will continue to adopt the mode of online reservation for admission, and all visitors must reserve a visit date with a valid ticket or membership card in advance. Among them, "Wonderful Everywhere" members can start to make reservations on September 22, and other tourists' admission reservations start at 12 noon on September 23.
According to reports, at the beginning of the reopening, Hong Kong Disneyland will implement a five-day operation a week, and will be closed on Tuesday and Thursday (except public holidays and special days designated by Hong Kong Disneyland). At the same time, after the reopening of Hong Kong Disneyland, queuing areas, restaurants (including seating arrangements), amusement facilities, and other facilities throughout the park will continue to implement social distancing measures in accordance with the latest guidelines of the Hong Kong government.
In addition, the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort also proposed that visitors must make a health declaration during the appointment process. Due to the recent closure of the park and the upcoming five-day operation of the week, Hong Kong Disney "Wonderful Everywhere" members will be able to extend their membership. Members can visit the official website of Hong Kong Disneyland for information on membership extension.
Public information shows that due to the new crown pneumonia epidemic, Hong Kong Disneyland has been suspended since January 26, becoming the second Disney resort in the world to be suspended. On June 18, Hong Kong Disney reopened after closing for nearly five months, and announced measures such as restrictions on admission and advance reservations for tourists. However, less than one month after the restart, the park was temporarily closed on July 15 due to the requirements of the government and health departments and to cooperate with the anti-epidemic measures in Hong Kong.
