Cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Quanzhou, Harbin, Xiamen, Luoyang, and Liuzhou saw a significant increase in reservation rates during the Spring Festival holiday. According to data from Qichacha, there are currently 2.5164 million hotel related enterprises in China. In the past decade, the registration volume of hotel related enterprises in China has shown an overall growth trend. In 2019, China's hotel related enterprises added 406500, a year-on-year increase of 22.84%. From 2020 to 2022, the registration volume of hotel related enterprises in China was affected by the epidemic and showed a fluctuating trend. In 2023, China's hotel related enterprises added 408900, a year-on-year increase of 34.58%, surpassing the pre pandemic registration volume and reaching the peak growth rate in nearly five years. From a regional perspective, Guangdong currently has 239000 hotel related enterprises, ranking first. Jiangsu and Shandong currently have 206000 and 187700 hotel related enterprises respectively, ranking among the top three. Afterwards, there were cities such as Shanghai, Anhui, and Sichuan.
